I'm glad you're back and that you have this blog. I heard something I can hardly believe today and am VERY eager to find out if it is true:
If one has a provisional patent, and in the year allowed before filing the actual patent takes the step of manufacturing the product, then the patent cannot be applied for as it has been assigned to the manufacturer. IS THIS RIGHT? If so,then why do so many products say "Patent Pending?"
